I was cleaning out emails today. I came across one with a link (that I assumed was long dead) about a pet food discussion we'd had on the old CM in 2000. I clicked the link and it was still there! Judi was still Cranky Kitty, Sue V, Lorrie, Mary Ann, Miki, Tracy and last but not least granny was there! It was kind of neat to read these peoplle's names after all this time. I miss Noreen. I still have her address in my email addy book, I've never been able to delete it. I hear from Tracy once in awhile but not the others. Anyone heard from Miki ? I always worried about her because of where she lived. It's weird cause this page has had other messages posted above what had been our page like it was taken over by someone else....it was just funny that it's still out there in cyber land! -- Piggy's Pad

I loved Granny Noreen. And do you remember Lucy? Or CoastKat, Janice (Mrs. Penguin), Sue (China's Mom), Big Mac, Randy, and on, and on. There are so many who left the board once a certain someone took it over. I still have a list from the old 11 O'Clock board where we had some 60+ people on the board. I sometimes wonder what's happened to the others...........did they lose interest, have other more pressing things to do or just plain get turned off by the heavy-handedness of the administrator. I think of Lucy often. Especially whenever anyone speaks of gastic bypass. I went down to Atlantic City once for New Years and popped in on MaryAnn Kane at the casino she works at. Remember her? I miss granny too and still have e-mails from her saved on my old computer. You know, it's funny you mention this now because a while back I got a not so nice e-mail from an ex friend we all know and love (yep, sarcastic) telling me to bug off and stop lurking over there. Can you believe it? Ok for them but not me. So now they have moved to some super secret location. Isn't that sad? Pathetic really, that grown woman can act so juvenile.
