Subject: Hi, Denise. Well, the day is almost over by now but at least I got here while it was still today. I hope your chiropractor did a good job on you and you feel much better now. You haven't said for a while how your headache situation was doing? And I certainly don't envy you trying to worm 13 cats. I'd be hysterical!! And I'd be hysterical over the money too. I hope the rest of your day went better than the de-worming part.
In reply to: Denise 's message, "Just saying hello for the week! Heading to chiro this morning, found a new one that also does accupuncture. I have to stop at vets for wormer, gotta worm all 13 cats! YIKES! Noticed tapeworm segments on Dolly and Bubbs! Yech! We DID have some fleas this year, not an infestation but guess some of the cats thought they should eat a flea or 2! Darn cats! Noticed a worm on Micah's rear too, round worm so getting emds for her too. I understand her cause she is outdoors all the time but she will be easy to treat...not the cats though! They have a new topical but it's gonna cost me 230.00! Better than pilling I guess and some won't eat canned food so can't use the powder. Also don't want to give all of them shots, so stuck with expensive topical. I just convinced myself that this isn't a great day! LOL! Have a great week all!" on 7:13:00 am, Mon, 11/05/07

  • Oh geez, what a pain! Good luck on that! Which one is Mica? Is she the doggie that you rescued a while back and lives outside at Leon's work? (NT) -- Ramona, 3:29:10 am, Tue, 11/06/07
  • Yes, Micah is the rescued Huskie. Well, pilling the cats didn't work. I got one pill in 2 cats and both needed another half pill but were foaming at the mouth and clawing me so I took the pills back and got the topical! That's what I get to do this morning! (and clean house) Oh joy! The chiro seems to be helping and I was looking for a new one because of the headaches Sandy. I go for several days without a headache but then they hit and I have one for days. (NT) -- Denise, 5:21:42 am, Tue, 11/06/07
