Subject: I remembering your mentioning the last time you had this meeting that your Dad gets very nervous with you being on the road and out of town. I know he'll be okay with Rick checking on him and you're right in that there's no sense telling him about the change in plans and your driving since all it will do is upset him. I hope your snow all melted so there were no problems with the trip.
In reply to: Kate 's message, "We've had snow showers off and on all day..not really much in accumulation..thank heavens...my poor Dad is a nervous wreck with me leaving town tomorrow with even a snow flurry in the air....and he doesn't even know I'm driving!!! Not telling him until I get home that the plans had changed and I ended up having to drive...don't want to upset him anymore than he already is...he just hates it when Rick and I go out of town, even for a day..but especially with me going over night this time....he just worries so much...but Rick will check on him off and on all weekend and he'll be fine....." on 4:56:50 pm, Fri, 11/09/07
