Oh Geez, I hope this all works out for Chicory and Ken. You know, shots aren't so bad, when you know you have to do them. It is wonderful to know that he is 17 and only just now got ill. That says a lot for his dad and his care! And I am really sorry to hear about Crickets problem. Is there any chance a liquid oral steroid will work? I ask because that is what Missy is on for her liver. For 2 1/2 years now and she is doing great. Plus, it is flavored so she doesn't mind taking it. Also, one other alternative is transdermal steroid. A lotion you rub on the ear tip. Not sure what you mean by caplets not working on Cricket. Dopes that mean he won't take them or they simply don't work on his disease? Not sure if depo comes in transdermal or oral liquid but it's worth asking. Good luck with all of this.
