Subject: Mine won't eat it, but I think the package says it is ok to give a little each day until fur balls come out, then twice a week for maintenance. My friend Sandy used to give it every day as a treat and she never had a problem. I don't think it's a problem to give a little each day. If you are worried, run it by the vet.
In reply to: Kate 's message, "How often do you guys give your kitties laxatone or petromalt for hair balls? Maggie had been having some trouble so I started giving her a little every day (for about a week and a half) then yesterday decided to cut it back to just once or twice a week since she hadn't thrown up...and wouldn't you know it, she threw up a little yesterday.....so I gave her some again today....is it a good idea to keep giving her a little each day?" on 11:09:22 am, Tue, 09/18/07
