Subject: I still feel like crap. I can count on one hand the number of times I've skipped pool and tonight was one of them. I just hurt too darn much to even consider going. I hadn't heard either that noise can hurt............where did she hear or read that? I *do* know that as I've gotten older, too much noise or activity around me can stress me out but I thought that was just normal aging and the fact that we're empty nesters now. But when we get the entire family here, after 3 or 4 hours, yeah, I'm ready for everyone to leave. It's just too "busy." BTW, I've spent a good part of today in bed.
In reply to: Kate 's message, "How are you feeling now Sandy? Were you able to get at least a little rest this afternoon? I sure hope so......I just learned something new (at least to me) about Fibro (sorry I don't know how to spell it correctly) but that noise can also hurt you....I didn't realize that....one of the ladies at WW told me..." on 11:22:50 am, Tue, 09/18/07
