My morning started out great UNTIL a lady (I'm using the word "lady" to be kind....I can think of a few other four letter names to call her that would better describe her..) anyway..my day started out good until this woman decided to take everything she hates about the world and WW inparticular out on first RoseAnne (the other receptionist) and then me...I've never been treated like that by another human being in my life!!
