Subject: Okay my typing is a mess this morning,my apologies. Now For Outlook - again click on File and select Import and Export......
In reply to: Gerry 's message, "Kate, are you using Internet Explorer click on File, click on Import and export and follow the directions. This will put all your favorites document type format for easy backup." on 8:32:28 am, Sat, 10/13/07

Now you can do one of two things. 1. export and save your the entire email package or 2. just the your addresses.

For Saving everything, click on Export to a file, on the next screen choose Personal Folder File (.pst). Select Personal Folders and ensure that you check the box marked "include Subfolders at the bottom" On the next screen select browse and choose a location where you want to save the file. Finish the process and everything will be backed up to a pst file that you can inport if you ever have a system crash.
