We are one of the few services online who values our users' privacy, and have never sold your information. We have even fought hard to defend your privacy in legal cases; however, we've done it with almost no financial support -- paying out of pocket to continue providing the service. Due to the issues imposed on us by advertisers, we also stopped hosting most ads on the forums many years ago. We hope you appreciate our efforts.

Subject: Not sure what an "e" file is. When the favorites save they should be in a file named "bookmark.html". What Version of IE are you using? Outlook---
In reply to: Kate 's message, "I am using Internet Explorer Gerry...and I did as you said, but when I go into "my documents" it is showing as an "e" file (do you know what I mean?) and then when I click on it to open it says something about being an unreadable file or something....and is impossible to read..???" on 8:52:56 am, Sat, 10/13/07

The Box for Subfolders is between the list of Email folders and the line containing the Back, Next and Cancel. To the left of the Filter selection.
