Subject: Didn't make you groan??? You are NOT normal Kate!!! LOL I'm not buying gifts this Christmas...short version of the story is that no one needs anything so I'm going to pay for a well to be drilled in a African village without a clean water supply and do it in all of our names. I don't think anyone is taking me seriously though but I am! Good luck shoppping, hope you can get it done!
In reply to: Kate 's message, "Just a quick hello this morning.....have to get moving and work the morning WW meeting....then Rick and I are off shopping for the day, as I mentioned below, hoping to get my Xmas shopping about 97% done today!! I'll check back in later on....have a good day everyone..." on 4:36:13 am, Tue, 10/16/07

  • For heaven's sake, Kate, that's indecent. Nobody, at least nobody *normal*, does their Christmas shopping in October. Although, if I'm honest, I wish it were me. I'd love to have my shopping done and really to be mailed off. The kids and Travis are easy since they provide very detailed lists but Gerry's family is the pits to shop for. We have no idea what they need or want and when we ask them, they just say that they can't come up with any ideas. Makes me want to pull my hair out. (NT) -- Sandy, 6:59:24 am, Tue, 10/16/07
