Subject: Hey there. How did the shot go? Did you get wet? We didn't have rain here yet but should soon. We are near peak with our leaves and it isn't too spectacular this year. But, I haven't had much time to enjoy it anyway.

I've got a whole list of errands to take care of today, starting with picking up prescriptions and ending with taking Cricket to the vet for another depo-medrol shot. And it's going to be interesting to see how wet I get. We've got thunderstorms this morning and they're forecasted to get severe this afternoon and tonight. So I guess I'll just have to take my big umbrella with me. I was just on the web cam for Gerry's home town and boy, isn't it beautiful? Our trees are just now starting to change but it's 37 degrees in Maine with a clear sky and lots of red leaves showing up. Oh, how I wish I could be there, for a little while, to enjoy the foliage.
