Subject: And good luck on getting your hair cut today. Any chance you might take a picture and let us see a before and after? I'm going in to get mine cut tomorrow. I used to spend a lot of time with the curling brush but my hair is very fine and in our humidity, it would go flat the minute I walked out the door. I think it was shortly after my Dad died that I just said "Enough!", got my hair cut shorter and now, it's strictly wash, blow dry and run. As my hair turns gray, it's got a bit more body to it so I can get away with just using a brush and my blow dryer. I have that picture of you that was taken right after you got Molly but would love to see you with short hair. You'll love it!! Besides, I think (and this is just MHO) that as we get older, we don't look good in long hair anymore. Besides, short hair is so darn easy. Oh, and before I forget, thanks for the congrats on winning my match...........and whatever gives you the idea that I'm glad Janet's wedding is over??? LOL.

I used to live on Advil until I went to the prescription anti-inflamatories but I can't say that I'm getting that much more relief. Glad to hear you love your new furniture but with leather (which I would love to have), how do you cope with kitty claws and doggie toenails? I keep most of my furniture covered with old towels or throws but that's more for kitty pukies than nail damage. But I *do* have an old tub chair from my parents' that's covered with naugehyde that's held up to 4 kids, several moves and now the cats with no damage. Oh, and thanks for reminding me about Rescue Remedy. I'm going to have to try that, or Feliway, to see if that might help Joey accept Biscuit." on 6:49:33 am, Thu, 09/13/07

    I've been letting my hair grow just a little..it's always been really really short...now it's just below my ears...I kind of like it for a change..but this is as long as it gets..because I agree, that as we get older the longer hair just doesn't do a thing for us!!
