The A/C guys came out...... and the coil that the company sent them will not fit in my unit. I have to have the entire unit replaced...... for an additional $3-$4,000. I don't have a choice tho.... I can't go without air, and there is no telling when this old coil will kwap out completely.

They are coming back in an hour with the new unit......... so I'll be without air all day, but should be COOL tonight.

Now to just figure out how to pay for it all. ::)

Awww, darn it all anyway!! That's just not right........not at all. I was so excited for you when you said that they had the new coil and now to find out that it's the wrong size???? Other than the huge problem of paying for it, at least you'll finally be cool and with a new unit, hopefully, there won't be any problems for a good, long while.
