Thanks be to God and Happy Friday! The cold front came through but a person sure couldn't tell from the humidity and the temp. Yucky, yucky. I've got Travis today since Mom is out of town, on the road. He's never a problem and I kept the car today. In about an hour, we're going to take off so I can get a haircut and then to McDonald's for lunch (oh, heck, I promised him!) After that, we're headed for the pool. We have a new family acquatic center at one of our larger parks and he goes quite a bit but I've never been there. So Travis and Grandma are going swimming this afternoon. I'm more excited than he is since I don't get to go swimming very often........and yet, I love to swim. Does anyone have any good plans for the weekend? We don't have a thing on our agenda......not a blessed thing. Good thing, too, since it's going to be hot and sticky. Just a great time to stay home and stay cool. I hope everyone is on their way to a good day and is happy about the weekend. -- Piggy's Pad

not a thing planned here for the weekend....Rick probably has to work, so as usual we'll be staying close to home and I'll get a few walks in,,,,
