Subject: Boy you really have had your hands full today...I hope Cinnamon is better....Josie doesn't do well with the heat either.....Sure hope all of you get some much needed rest tonight...

Oh, we got more rain last night and today, which we needed badly, but I had opened the windows when I got home from dropping Cricket off and just about the time I got ready to close the house up and turn the a/c back on, our power went out. It was about 80 in the house but the humidity was at 74% and the dew point was over 70. With no a/c, no moving air, no fans, no nothing, it was just plain miserable. The electrical company got our power back up about 2 hours later but now, Cinnamon is sick. He can't handle the heat and especially, the humidity, so while we were eating dinner, he went to the basement and puked all over everything!!! And I DO mean all over. Now we just want to rest............all of us. Very, very long day." on 6:19:10 pm, Mon, 07/30/07
