What methods are we using in order to decide which green goes first? Is there an established pattern + requests?

I was thinking that perhaps I should make an extra section on the members page to create a listing of flightees this weekend... So that everyone knew who was next and at approximately what date that next was to occur! That way we wouldn't have to worry about the whats, ifs, and wherefores? ^_^
