Subject: More on Michael Jackson


Michael Smerconish on 1210 AM is saying he's got a deposition given by the young man in the '93 allegation against MJ and he's going to read it on the air in the 5 PM hour. (One minute from now). He's already given all kinds of cautions about getting the kiddies out of the room.

Thanks for letting us know!-I tried to tune in,but I couldn't pick-up 1210AM here. MATT DRUDGE was talking last night,about how www.thesmokinggun.com somehow,has posted the deposition from the youngster who was paid-off millions by jackson. DRUDGE was saying that GLORIA ALREAD (sp?) is the suspected "leak" of the info.(it is sickening,graphic...)

I don't think the deposition sounds rehearsed, but usually these things are transcribed and omit the uhs and ums and pauses that make them sound like a verbal statement. Sean Hannity did a segment on it, apparently the settlement did not close the case, it is still considered "open" and can be prosecuted.
