Must have been an interesting time for you in Shanghai Dave
Yes we were all turfed out while the Ship was searched. I'd heard stories of cameras and atlases being confiscated. The latter having all the European names of Chinese towns altered to Chinese names. Didn't happen to us, but would have been quite a collectors item.
Couple of the lads did visit the club , but were escorted there and back. don't remember any good reports.
We were on Stevie Clarks Cleveland at the time, Phosphates from Hamburg. Still Happy days though. Regards Albi.
