Date Posted: Sunday, February 10, 06:17:53pm I spent most of this morning on the phone trying to see if I could get my phone number changed. I'm with Talk Talk for phone, broadband and the "usual charges". As far as those services go I'm more than happy as have got a lot of benefits after leaving BT. Boy oy boy-the hassle !!!! I talked to people in Delhi, Bombay for the Talk Talk stuff then when I was told to speak to BT I spoke to someone in Slough who was English !! Isn't it a real pain in the a**e as well when you get "your call is important to us" (in that case why keep me hanging on??) or "all our agents are busy". I am totally fed up as well with - "press 1 for sod all"- "press two for some useless prat who won't know the answer but will talk to you for about an hour about it." Should I move to Bombay or Delhi (or perhaps Slough) ? Bugger that- I'll talk to someone in Swindon. !!!
