The black dragon which had previously attacked her was flying on wounded wings, blood gushing from a slit vein in his shoulder blades. Crimson spattered jaws snaked forward, clamping down on the Queen's neck. The Blue let loose a hiss, twisting to grab at his crest, wrenching his jaws loose. Blood poured below the dragons like rain, the spatters burning the skin of both riders and ghazard alike. Finally Kareen went in for the killing strike, jaws shutting mercilessly over the opposer's jugular and holding vice. Aiyana fought back to back with Tilana for a few moments, before she found herself seperated from the Rider. Flinging herself at a near Ghazard, she toyed with him for awhile before cutting his head clean off. Blood was wiped across her features as she glanced about wildly to find her riders and their conditions. Her distraction cost her a gash across the forearm, and she quickly countered, backing the enemy toward a rock. As he tripped, her sword tip lodged just beneath his collar bone, slitting his torso from neck to naval as he fell. Dragon blood dripped from her arm, and she seethed as she wiped the burning fluid away. Tilana moved with accurate grace across the battle field, only slightly hindered by the ripped and dirty skirts. Sword sliced across an opposer's ribs, countering his attack to her back. The warm liquid dripping down her back and sides sent her mind into a fury, and she quarted the Ghazard before letting him fall to pieces. It was only after that attack that she had noticed Aiyana's absense, but now the thought was far from her mind as she dove to kill another. She let a strangled war cry past gritted teeth as she was driven back a few steps before she managed to gain the upper hand once again.
