I am just home from a brief stay in the hospital, so I have an answer for your question. I am still too sick and too tired to go on about it at length, and my answer is less about the exobitant cost of American health care than about its execution and delivery. Here it is:

If, five minutes from now, I should drop stone cold dead here on my kitchen floor, I would thank God Almighty profusely for taking me before I was sent to an American hospital.

Btw, when I got home today, the house elves had not come. Every dish was dirty, every towel was dirty, every wastebasket was full, and the animals were nearly out of water. Here's how I feel about that: I am so happy. :-)
