Sweetie, you're not bothering ME! You ARE bothering yourself, though... that is, you're putting too much stress and strain on yourself. You're trying to finish an anatomy class in only 3 weeks? Darn near took me 2 months or so-twice a week plus lab classes then another 6 weeks of hospital internship and I still struggled! You need to be less hard on yourself (I know, easier said than done) but if you set too many high standards for yourself, then don't attain those goals, you only disappoint yourself. I know the anger you feel ~ I'm my own worst critic, too. But you need to remember just how well you were doing and try to slow down and get back into that mode. You did it before, you can do it again!

You need to find some things to relieve some of that stress and be able to look at things more realistically instead of emotionally which is what is happening to you right now. That's why you feel like such a failure and you're obviously overwhelmed.

Someone to talk to ~ therapist, friend, family member? Try some relaxation techniques...yoga, meditation. Watch some feel-good, inspirational movies; take hot bubble baths - do something just for you and make the time for you and pamper yourself a little bit. Everyone needs that, especially when stress gets the better of them. Once you find something/someone that helps you regroup, I know you'll feel differently and can start tackling your classes and your eating much more effectively.

And remember, even Einstein failed his entrance exam for electrical engineering and only had so-so grades and trouble getting into a university. Imagine that!

I hope things get better and you feel better soon!
