My husband experienced some kind of benign vertigo several months ago. He suffered terribly form dizziness, nausea and vomiting. He tried antihistamines and they didn't work....what did work was some exercises laying down in his bed and positioning his head in a certain way for 30 secs at a time..I think they were called Brandt-Daroff exercises. It worked and the dizziness has never returned.
