Subject: Just an idea

It's Katiegirl's messages who have given me the idea.

I've in mind than, knowing we each are from different countries, so we've each our own mother-tongue, we could ' teach ' it to the others.
Maybe even describe how life is in our country, this kind of things, what might help those who want to go abroad.

For ex, did you know than in french language for the singular ' You ' there are 2 differents ways to say it, depending the situation ?

Than in french language exists the notion of masculine/feminine, if you know this, do you always use the good one between both ?

And so much other things we could chat about ...

P.S : about ' chat ' : did you know ' chat ' has a different meaning in French language : ' cat ' and the feminine version is ' chatte '

[> Laurence I like your Idea! I think it would be very interesting! You also brought back memories of my French classes in high school. I wasn't very good at it then, but would love to learn now!! -- Cathy F., 11:27:12 05/13/13 Mon [1]

[> I live in the United States, in Upstate NY. 32 miles west of Albany, NY. In a very little town. Most people when you say you live in NY think of NYC. There is a world of difference between the two. I often say they should be divided into 2 states! -- Cathy F. What do you think Jenks?, 11:31:40 05/13/13 Mon [1]
