Subject: true - I'm lucky - and I love too the cheeses - fromage de chèvre frais or goat's milk cheese ( my maternal grandmother had in the past some goats and she was making herself her own fromages ) yum, Saint Nectaire, there are 2 species, I prefer the ' fermier ' one.Saint Agur. Morbier, etc...without speaking the other food, fresh veggies, fruits, etc, without forgetting the wine, red or white, the champagne, l'Alsace, etc...the patisserie,éclair au café,etc... yum and in french cuisine, like every others cuisines from elsewere, we've some ' secrets '
In reply to: chris k 's message, "just remember things in france used to be more natural with less additives than the USA - not sure about oz- but I agree - the food is fabulous - and I LOVE all the cheeses - sigh." on 19:26:34 07/06/13 Sat

[> [> [> [> [> Laurence, I absolutely loved Paris. Would love to go back and see some of the other places that I have heard about or seen through firends eyes. One of my best friends was born and played in Lyon until he was a teenager and we have another friend who has a house in a little village in the south of France. There is so much travel that I want to do, but I would need to win millions to fund it!!! -- Katiegirl, 14:31:51 07/08/13 Mon [1]
