Je sais que tu es là dedans. ( you : singular )

Je sais que vous êtes là dedans . ( you : singular : you ( vous ) used when you speak to a person not familiar to you or to whom you've to show respect )

Je sais que vous êtes là dedans. ( you : plural )



vous can be singular or plural

I don't know if you remember this, but you have to use ' vous ' in singular, for example when you speak to the President of your country for example.
