You speak about the story concerning the jean ? When you're a ministre there are certain rules to respect. The jean for example isn't an outfit to wear when you're a ministre because you're an influential & hightly placed person. In life there are rules of etiquette to respect ! Even more when you're a public person ! You've to show the example.
