Subject: I agree. Why do anything unless it is to make a statement of some kind? Tats aren't bad manners, even the ones that offend others. They're a personal choice, but you make your choices and you ask for reactions you're going to get them on both sides. What bothers me is that people expand the display of a tattoo to mean all sorts of things that don't pertain. Like bad parenting, heartlessness, uncleanliness, or violence. Some tattoos mean all of those things if that's what the tat is actually displaying but just the presence of them on someone's body doesn't necessarily mean those things.
