Subject: Carramor and everyone.

I want to apologise to everyone because it only is today
( it's past 5:00 p.m here ) than I haven't forgotten to send an e-mail to Janlaw.

So, if all go well, Janlaw should answer you Carramor.

Again my deepest apologies to everyone.

[> Apologies - I mised the post - I was on the east coast and barely able to access my personal email and sometimes the main HB on my cell phone. I believe a fairly recent statute may help you. Will see if I can find it. -- jan, 18:07:54 06/06/11 Mon [1]

As I read this, when you ex is BOTH 70 years old AND has made 360 premium payments (30 years worth) he will be placed in "paid up status."

At that point, you shouldn't have to reimburse him anything because he'll be paying zero and a percentage of zero is zero!

Having said this - I am not able to give legal advice - I recommend you consult your lawyer!

[> [> Thank you so much -- see, I knew the Harmy broads are smart and give great advice. Retirement was late 1986, so haven't quite reached the 360 mo. payments just yet. I am so grateful for this info. Info is not exactly covered on the Former Spouse link. -- carramor, 12:20:16 06/07/11 Tue [1]
