Subject: Rugby Picks Week Two

Welcome to Week Two. After an exciting first week there are some new games to choose from .

The Rebels. They come in off the Bye last week and so have watched all the other teams play to give them some idea of what they're facing. This will be their first game of the season. They are without their captain and their other high signing for the season. vs The NSW Waratahs. This team took defeat from the jaws of victory last week by letting the Reds in to score on the full time whistle. Will they learn their lesson, or will they make the same mistake again?

The Otago Highlanders. With a surprise upset last week against the Chiefs this team must be feeling good about themselves. But, one of their feeder unions (The Otago Rugby Union) has just announced that it will be going into liquidation. This is where a lot of the players come from. Can they keep it from effecting their game, or will they use it to drive them even harder? vs The Canterbury Crusaders. The powerhouse team of Super Rugby over the past couple of years. They only won by one point against the Blues last week. They did make the most of a last minute opportunity given to them by the other team and if they keep doing that surely they are a team to be reckoned with.

The Cheetahs lost at the last minute to the Lions last week it what came down to a 2 point game. They played extremely well and are more then capable of winning this game. Hopefully home ground advantage will help. vs The Bulls who were at the bottom of the table last year, but did win convincingly last week. Will they be as good away from home?

The Waikato Chiefs who are coming off a narrow loss last week and suffered a few injuries. They are playing at home again though, so will this cancel out the injuries? vs The Auckland Blues who lost by one point to the Crusaders last week. They will be out to redeem themselves.

The Stormers beat the Hurricanes convincingly last week and look like they will do well this season. They have another home game this week which should help as well. vs The Sharks lost to the Bulls last week, but there was only a try in it. They are able to do well, not sure if they will against the Stormers though.

Make your picks have some fun.
