Although I'm a lifelong Cowboy fan, even as a little girl I pulled for Green Bay unless they were playing Dallas. Don't ask me why. I just developed a fondness for them. As for the Super Bowl--it's being played right here in Arlington, Texas, my hometown and the preparations have already made it difficult to get around town starting at least a week ago, but still it was fun, watching all the whoopla. But now, we just got hit by a major ice storm, and people in this area don't do ice and snow very well. Streets don't get plowed and only major highways get sanded. So they had two sand trucks and a road grader going in front of the team buses to get them to the stadium for media day this morning. It is supposed to warm again by game day though, but I'm happy to watch the game from my living room!
