At age 66 my Social Security Disability automatically converted to regular Social Security benefits even though a person is still disabled. So when the Tea Party tries to cut Social Security benefits they are including people like me. Again, if the Tea Party caused the government to default and Social Benefits were stopped or delayed, a lot of people would be out on the street. We are people that have always worked, paid our bills and taxes, and now we are just trying to survive.

Don't tell me to relax. I know there are many people that abuse Social Security and I am the first person that agrees it is wrong and needs to be changed. But the Tea Party doesn't care how many good people they destroy. They are self-serving without empathy and to hell with the rest of us.
