No doubt Dionne Scalf's death is very sad. But that does not make it homicide.
How do you have both arms under someone's armpits and shake them VIOLENTLY? That's a lot of weight to shake for a 58 year old nurse to lift. And it wouldn't cause immediate death.If there is a hyperextension spine injury- how does that cause death? The autopsy should show the ACTUAL cause of death, not one injury that isn't enough to explain death. Thoracic spine fracture could cause a lot of pain and limitation in function. But by itself, it does not cause death.
Kathy Hess is in jail-public defender denied. How is she going to AFFORD justice? Or does she plea out in desperation?
