It would be helpful if people did not inflate their experience and their roles in government. It would be more honest to acknowledge the efforts of those that preceded you rather than denigrate them. There are about three layers of administration in this redevelopment scenario- and it is costing the taxpayers.
Specifically- you have an administrative assistant, a development director, and a consultant. The middleman is extraneous.
