What happened to innocent until proven guilty? Doug admitted to going to the event and unless you twist the law, that is not a felony. Why do you think the charges were dropped with a plea deal? If they had enough to convict him, they would have followed through on making an example out of him. He agreed to the plea deal because they were going to try for misdemeanor charges and that would have ended his career. Now they are attempting to end his career another way since the charges didn�t do it.
