Have you drove above the speed limit? Are you perfect? I bet you have broke the law. Maybe it was a law that didn't cause anyone problems, such as speeding. What Doug did, didn't hurt anyone either.

Yes it is against the ethics standards for the state, but where is it stated it against the law? Have you read it law? The law for Ghost employment states you can not profit from doing something unrelated to work while working. Anyone can be charged with a crime even if they did not commit a crime, that doesn't mean that they broke the law. Even if he did, what harm did it do. It was comparable to a speeding ticket, not a murder.

My guess is, everyone wanting to get rid of him has also broke the law, so you are right...."AND SO HAVE A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE".........
