How many lies are you going to tell in one post? Dan did not go to anyones work and call them a child abuser. "Send letters against their wives"? Heidi Humphrey was listed on the Indiana Supreme Court's website as the ethics and professionalism adviser in Dearborn County. She received 3 letters about the unethical behavior of a judge in Dearborn County; nothing ever attacking her personally. And last time I checked, protesting bad work by an attorney by standing outside their office with a picket sign is not illegal. The fire arms training thing was an attempt to gather professional opinions about teaching a five year old to shoot a bb gun. It just so happened that an internet search turned up Angela Loechel and her husband as fire arms trainers. She was telling the court how "dangerous" unloaded muzzle loaders were to three and five year old children when the same weapons are hanging on the wall of her law office. And, if calling a fire arms training business was so bad, why was Dan not charged with intimidating Angela Loechel? Oh, maybe she would have had to stop representing Dan's ex. costing Ms. Loechel money... The reality is, Dan stood up for what he thought was wrong with the Dearborn County family courts and the good-old-boy network. And they did exactly what they do now; trump up ridiculous charges, and set an unconstitutional bond with no evidence other than a lie from a career criminal that was proven not to be true. The only difference in Dan's case was that he was not going to plead down just to get out of jail. So in order to avoid a lawsuit for constitutional violations, Negangard trumped up an anonymous jury, got a friendly judge from a neighboring county who appointed Dan counsel, (who took tax payer money while doing nothing) and scared a jury into believing Dan was dangerous. Judge James D. Humphrey and Prosecutor F. Aaron Negangard are behaving like bullies. They where the ones who were trying to intimidate Dan Brewington from speaking out about Dearborn County justice, and when they couldn't, they put on this childish act of fear. It is a child who backs themselves into a corner running from immature decision making. It is a child who makes up excuses and lies when they are told that they are wrong. It is a child who can't ignore internet name calling. It is a child who whines and cries when their playground manipulation tactics fail. It is shameful that arrogant and vindictive children are running the Dearborn County justice system.
