I think it is best left to The United States Supreme Court to decide, and they have, for a long time now. Unfortunately, The Indiana Appellate Court decided to ignore established federal law to keep someone in prison who criticized one of their own. Humphrey and Negangard's clinical defensiveness has driven their unrelenting vindictive behavior and resulted in much embarrassment to Dearborn County and entire state of Indiana. Sad.
