Isn't jud mcmillan representing nickengard a conflict of interest? They both have a vested interest in this case,
I mean after all if they win they both will get to share in the spoils or in this case the property and money.
Everyone already knows how its gonna go after all what Nickengard wants he gets!! Wonder what will happen to all the money once these 2 get ahold of it?
