There is simply no question to the facts of the case which are that he was observed in uniform at a political function and that he also billed that time to the city as being an on duty police officer both are felonies.....so to go ahead and seat him on the council knowing these charges are legitimate and viable; based on fact and self admission; makes a mockery of our justice system. This person on a day to day basis for years has been charged with upholding the laws of society, but when he violates them in order to obtain a position of power the laws somehow don't apply to him. I just don't get it
