Most, intelligent people have come to this realization, but getting the powers that be, (especially) in this county to be smart enough to take this in to consideration is apparently too much to ask of our county. Instead, they would rather continue in their ignorance and waste 9 million on a jail we don't need. Maybe this year people in this county will get informed and vote for really smart and dynamic candidates. As it stands now, only two out of seven are informed on the County Council. Intelligent people are always a minority, especially here.
