I appreciate your opinion & understand your position but one of my issues is that in Bright it is well known that Steve Callahan has "promised" many people positions at the Coroner's office. This concerns me that he states he will keep current employees on staff? I believe the Chief Deputy Coroner will stay on staff because Callahan will need the chief deputy until or IF he passes the test. Again a concern that we place someone in an office that is not "qualified yet??" I agree a competent team is very important but I guarantee there will be many changes if Callahan is elected. I am still not sure why we don't elect a doctor for this position? This county has grown tremendously and we need to start running like a county of this size.
