TO YOY:" It amazes me that the people on this forum can't or don't want to understand how our system works" these are your words, but you have convinced yourself of the truth, yet you seem to be the only one on this blog that just flat out doesn't get it, but you sure have done a good job of convincing yourself that you speak the truth. The fact is you're letting your education get in the way of the REAL truth. The Constitution was written by highly educated men, with simple and common sense principles, and written in plain language so that the "common man" could understand it. Your understanding of the law and the Constitution comes from rhetoric and propaganda, not truth. Ever wonder why your in the minority here? YOU are the one without a TRUE comprehension of the law. I seriously doubt you even graduated from college.
