Dan's lawyer must prove the first trial was inconsistant with the first admen., had a tampered jury, he did not have proper council, the judge made an error, ect, ect. There are limits to all rights and even the National Enq. has lost on first admen. grounds. Lets try again, if you decide you hate your neighbor, you tell everyone, you start a blog about him, you call his work place, you put articles in the paper about him, you curse his children, you yell at his wife, when does your right stop and his begin? What witness is going to show Dan did not do what was alleged and proven? What panel of judges is going to look at this case and see glaring ommissions?
