I didn't see limits on quantity in the Bill of Rights. The sitting Judge is there to preside- and it was clear from the beginning he was not going to rein in the National Enquirer tactics of the prosecution and their witnesses. Brewington's PD failed to bring the necessary witnesses and depositions- though they were available. He didn't think they were necessary- he saw only first amendment.
