The psychologist who was crying on the witness stand in the criminal case did not recommend no visitation for Dan. The judge ordered no visitation. If the judge and the psychologist released the case file, this entire mess would not have occurred. The judge wants to prove he is in control and imposed "Roy Bean" justice. Dan found it unacceptable and wanted everyone to know. The judge didn't want anyone to know. That's the issue in a nutshell. For the balance, Dan exposed the nutjobs for what they are: petulant fools with no concern for justice. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
