 Objective evidence, the kind that lands you in jail. Lets address your issue, the judge knew of the investigation before ordering Dan to get an eval. OK, at that time it was just an investigation into alledged crimes. That can change as the investigation proceeds. At a certain point the judge is told that the investigation has moved onto the grand jury phase or maybe beyond even that. Then he recuses himself as is only proper as a litigant in the case. Kind of solves that little problem. When ask about a date, if a witness on the stand can not be accurate, it is common sense to tell the truth. Like not remembering the exact date in a case of probably 100's on your calander. Why did the judge continue on Dan's case for months? Why do judges who sit for mobsters stay? It's their job. No judge would sit for dangerous criminals if your idea was prevalent. Our system and it's judges see millions of cases in custody disputes yet Dan's is so different. Why? Not because of the court officers, because of Dan. You want to keep focusing on this evil conspiracy to get Dan and all those like him. Problem is there is no conspiracy to get him. It is only his own actions that put him where he is. YOY are there not 100's of custody cases just like this one if what you believe is true? Finally, ask any teacher what happens to the kid in class who won't follow the rules, insults the teacher, the principle and stalks the school board. Suspension for 5 days, I mean years.
