Clearly, you don't recycle. Am I right?
People near us, don't' even have any trash pick up...makes you wonder where it all goes. Hard to believe trash pick up not mandatory in this County. Maybe that;s why so many of our roads look like someone's trash dump.
We like the recycling program, but I see your point and agree about trimming expenses.
To do away with recycling would be a step backwards. Do you have any ideas to turn the program into a step forward?
