 The *we* requesting a refund is the State Board of Accounts for the Lawrenceburg Conservancy District. The board members were officially served on March 16. The individuals who have received new contracts are city engineer Mike Clark, councilman Mario Todd, building inspector Carl Fryman and utilities director Mel Davis but there are several still pending a vote. As for the clerk-treasurer, just request a copy of the city's annual budget report. You will see negative accounts and accounts that go nowhere but have been spent on unapproved items. As for the loans and grants where are the public records? All of this money is paid out by council and the clerk-treasurer with minimal oversight or public notification.
