I recently lived across the street from a man involved with PAWS. I witnessed him hit one of his dogs in a very inappropriate way...very hard. Then he threw a lawn chair at the dog. The dog was only trying to play with one of the other dogs he owns. This happened twice. I called the Greendale police but nobody ever showed up. It was so disturbing to see him beat the dog and then throw a chair at it, that I actually cried. Such a horrible thing to see, a horrible man, a phony. Nobody who cares about dogs would treat a dog that way.
